The search of my own home ended when I first time visited to Kumar Pebble Park. It have all those required things which one can look for. The spacious society having well equipped amenities like separate parking for each flat owner, Children play area, Gym, clubhouse etc. The project is located in Hadapsar near Handewadi. Initially people were hesitant due to traffic but due to tunnel roads, now there is no traffic. The flat cost is still moderate compared to other parts of city. The project and sales team is very cooperative and keeps transparency in all transactions. One good thing about Kumar builder is that they have very clear agreements and hassle free process of flat payments. You will find transparency in all financial things unlike other builder who even don't inform to flat owners while disbursement of payment. The project team supports even after possession of flats which is really appreciated.

We have visited Kumar pebbles Park on 29 th of November 2022. The purpose of the visit was to see a property in the same compound in Bliss as per the response from a No broker call. However the same did not work out due to various reasons. We were to leave the property after lunch, one of your security guy advised us to visit the sales office to understand the possibility of seeing an under construction wing!!! In the sales office we had a very warm and loving welcome with a smiling face to make us very comfortable to discuss our requirement and come out of the disappointment after seeing bliss!!! Mr.Manoj, made us feel at home with a warm & charming behavior. He described the property with all relevant details making us to see the sample flat though other floors were under construction. From the description, seeing sample flat, without physically seeing the apartment 1403, in 14 th floor we have shortlisted the one and waited for final quote to clear the deal. Next day we got a very prompt and warm reply from.Mr. Manoj followed by telephone, tempted us to finalize and close the deal. We are extremely happy with the procedure carried out thereafter by Mr.Yogesh and team in registering the agreement and the hospitality at your CRM office. It is our privilege to be part of Kumar Pebbles property and waiting to occupy the flat ASAP, to experience more warmth.
